The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The cleanliness was subpar, with stains on towels and a lingering bad odor in the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and I couldn't rely on basic amenities like breakfast being prepared.

Inexpensive room, spacious room, with a Keurig coffee maker and a flat-screen TV, conveniently located near Bradley International Airport to easily explore the area.

The exterior of the hotel was inviting, and we appreciated the good location near the highway. The staff tried their best to assist us, despite the issues.

Sadly, our room was dirty, with trash on the floor and dirty linens. There was a foul smell in the elevator and a noisy atmosphere that kept us awake.

I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection, allowing for a great start to my day, unlike other stays where options were limited.

However, the service from the management was disappointing, leaving a negative impression on my overall experience.

We had a practical experience during our four-night stay. The friendly staff assisted us promptly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Proximity to nearby restaurants made dining easy. Tip, Ask for extra towels at check-in! It made our stay much more comfortable.

Not what I expected!

I had a super rough time here. The check-in was fine, but the rest went downhill. The room was gross and smelled weird like a combo of smoke and food. Bed felt like a brick! Plus, breakfast was just sad with only some granola bars. I don’t think I'll be back at all.
